Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my non-dog owning friend with me?
Of course you can! Although the holidays are designed for dog owners, people who enjoy walking and the company of dogs are very welcome.
I'm on my own. Is it all going to be couples?
No. Many customers are travelling solo so you'll be fine.
I have my own motor home/ caravan/ tent/ friends to stay with. Can I just book onto the walks without booking the accommodation?
This should be possible. Please contact me to discuss numbers and prices.
Can I bring the kids?
Children are very welcome but they must be able to do the walks. The holidays may not be suitable for younger children.
I'd love to come, but I can only get away for a couple of days rather than the whole long weekend.
It may be possible to accommodate you. Please get in touch with me to discuss.
Can I leave the dog in the room if I go out in the evening?
Yes.
Do I have to have a meal in the pub at lunch time?
We are using their car park so I would expect everyone to buy a drink but no, if you're not hungry, then you don't have to eat.
What happens in the evening?
That's up to you. I will provide you with a list of dog friendly places to eat and you can choose whether you'd like to stay in, go out on your own, or go out with other members of the group.
